Your patients’ data
stays theirs.
Dentail AI analyses radiographs without keeping them. Patient data is processed in memory, inside the EU, on our own AI - and is gone the moment the analysis is done.
We do not keep patient data or radiographs. They exist only for as long as the analysis needs them.

Radiographs and any accompanying patient information are held in memory only for the seconds it takes to run the analysis. Once the result is returned, they are discarded.
Patient data is never stored in a database, file system or backup. Because it only ever exists in memory, nothing can be restored afterwards - not even if a server crashes or restarts mid-analysis. There is no archive of your patients that could turn up somewhere it shouldn't.
We do not retain, share, sell or train our models on the radiographs or patient data that clinics send for analysis.
Every part of the analysis runs on our own technology, inside the European Union.
All processing takes place on infrastructure located in the European Union. Patient data never leaves the EU.
Our AI is built, trained and operated in-house. No radiograph or patient data is ever sent to an external AI provider or model API.
Because the full stack is our own, Dentail AI can also be deployed on your own infrastructure - so the analysis runs where your data already lives.
We build and operate Dentail AI in line with the regulations and standards that govern medical devices, information security and AI. Certifications listed as pending are not yet granted.
Dentail AI is CE marked as a Class I medical device today. We are working with a notified body towards Class IIa certification.
Our quality management system is designed and operated in line with ISO 13485.
Our information security controls are designed and operated in line with ISO/IEC 27001.
We govern the development and operation of our AI in line with ISO/IEC 42001.
We are preparing for the EU AI Act requirements for AI used in medical devices, which are assessed together with our MDR certification.
We process patient data on behalf of clinics under a data processing agreement, and only to the extent the analysis requires - privacy by design, with nothing retained.
